శ్రీలంకలో చంద్ర పానీయాల పేర్లు

ఇత్యాది నామావళి తో ఉన్న పానీయం ఇది.
desi, desi daru, hooch, Potli, kothli,
dheno, mohua, chullu, Narangi, kaju,
Saaraayi and santra - వగైరా పేర్లు
ఐ బెవేరేజ్ డ్రింకు కు ఉన్నవి

తాటి మట్టలకు గాట్లు పెట్టి,
ఆ కొమ్మలకు కట్టిన కుండలలో నింపుతారు.
తాటి ఆకు మట్టలనుండి కారే బొట్లతో-
కల్లుకుండలను నింపుతారు.
"అరకు" అనే పదం కూడా ప్రాచుర్యంలో ఉన్నది.

ఐతే - అరక్కు- పులవబెట్టిన పళ్ళ రసాల నుండి తయారు ఔతుంది. 

ఈ రెండు రకాల షర్బత్తులూ - మత్తు కలిగించేవే!

నిషా కలిగించే ఈ డ్రింక్సు వలన ఆయా దేశాలలో
ఆర్ధిక వ్యవస్థలు కుదేలు ఔతూండడం కద్దు.
శ్రీలంకలో ఈ వైను, బీరు, చంద్ర పానీయాలకు కల పేర్లు చూడండి.
అవి భారతీయ పదాల పోలికలతో అచ్చెరువు కలిగిస్తాయి.

In Sri Lanka, home based brewing is illegal.[15] However,  this is a lucrative underground business in most parts of the island. Illicit brew is known by many names;

'Kasippu' is the most common and accepted name,
'Heli Arrakku' (archaic term means, Pot-Liquor),
'Kashiya' (which is a pet name
derived from more mainstream term Kasippu)  [కాశియా/ కశిప్పు }
భారత దేశములో "కాశ్యప ముని"- పేరు ద్వారా
ఏర్పడిన పేరుఇది.
ఇలాగే "" కాస్పియన్ సముద్రము - నామ దాతువునకు మూలము కూడా
కాశ్యప రుషి నామమే!

yeast, and urea as a nitrogen source. )

(శ్రీ లంకలో)చెఱకు నుండి చేసే
తెల్ల చక్కెర, ఈస్టు, నైట్రోజన్ మున్నగు వాని నుండి
చేసే యూరియా- లు.
